Walking into Naidre's is like walking into your favorite television show, but never having to sit through any 'very special' episodes. Naidre's is the place you meet the girl you've been seeing in the neighborhood for a few weeks now. It's the place with that cute boy who makes a killer latte.
In June of 2000, Naidre opened the place in Park Slope and hired a wisecracking brood of twenty-somethings who instantly won over the neighborhood. We served the best food we possibly could, all invented by Naidre's tasty, imaginative, comfort-foody sensibilities. The South Slopers fell for the fresh salads, enormous sandwiches, the spicy mayo and the ovenfresh roasted turkey and chicken. They wanted to know what the secret was to our herbed tuna salad (it's fresh thyme).
They were impressed with our ability to make such a kick-ass smoothie (it's real fruit, no ice or syrups). They kept coming back for our yummy desserts- made in some of the finest bakeries that NYC has to offer.
In 2004, Naidre opened a second café in Carroll Gardens and the same thing happened! The neighborhood has learned to call us home, and we hope that you will, too.
Over the years we have learned that we like being a part of a community. We like to know your name. We want you to see Naidre's for what it is- more than the coffee place on the corner- it's a fresh start in the morning, or some comfort food on a rainy night. We want to be a part of the private little movie in your head about living in New York. We want to meet your parents.
You should Eat.
You should Drink.
You should Smile.
You should come by and see us!!

"Two timing Naidre Miller, who made a name for herself in Park Slope with rich walnut brownies and overstuffed ciabatta sandwiches, has spun off her pint-size café into Naidre'sin Cobble Hill. Tin ceilings and shelves lined with antique Argentine cookie jars and old coffeepots give the place a general-store vibe—although a salvaged bakery sign indicates that this spot was once the bakery that Cher made famous in Moonstruck...." "...This counter deli and breakfast nook is primarily for folks on the go. In the morning, hungry locals order hearty burritos, homemade organic granola with nuts and dried fruit, or one of the countless baked goods and pastries—some vegan, some sugarless, some wheat-free, some all three....."
